EBS-6800P is also an industrial single-head inkjet printer that can be used to label objects moving on a conveyor used in factories. The best thing is that it doesn’t need direct or manual contact for printing. Unlike EBS-6500, the prints are created with colored pigment-based inks. The unique feature that differentiates this EBS inkjet printer from other printers is that it doesn’t require a compressed air system to be supplied.

This small character inkjet printer provides excellent print adhesion on any surface and even lets you print on various dark substrates. These printers can vary in MPH (Maximum Print Height) which can be either 16, 25, or 32 dots.

    The printer can produce prints that are super durable on various surfaces such as smooth, porous and also uneven materials of irregular shapes like cables, tubes, insulation sleeves, furs or extruded packing.

    This inkjet printer has non-contact print technology that can help to avoid problems when printing on curved surfaces (there is a significant distance of up to 30 mm between the print-head and object).

    The printer's operation is completely automated by the photo-detector application that detects objects to be labeled along with another sensor for detecting the factory conveyors' travel rate.

    This inkjet printer exhibbits excellent print capabilities for different MPH values. For example, graphics with a set of graphics character, various kinds of bar codes, 4 lines text with formatting, etc.

    You can easily transfer data to this EBS printer from your PC or external devices. Some of the data which can be transferred includes data from bar code reader, automatic scales, data from databases, etc.
