Project Overview
Al Ain Dairy Farms needed a reliable, non-contact coding solution for high-speed carton and bottle lines where downtime and smudged batch codes were affecting traceability and customer complaints. Astropack Gulf was brought in to review the existing setup and recommend a printer platform that could keep pace with the plant's throughput targets.
Working closely with the client's production and quality teams, we specified the EBS 6500 single-head inkjet printer for its ability to print clearly on fast-moving, uneven surfaces without requiring direct contact with the product. The rollout covered site survey, installation, integration with the existing conveyor sensors, and full operator training across three shifts.
